NEVER Underestimate a Nerd

Had to smile at this win for Anna Kiesenhofer, an unknown in major league cycling circles. There is winning by brute force, and there is winning by strategy, in this case a cycling version of "Rope a Dope." When people ask me "how did you become a physicist?" my answer is "by first becoming a JOCK." That's where you learn discipline, time-management, staying on task, and deferred rewards. Nice going Anna !!! https://www.wsj.com/articles/tokyo-olympic-cycling-anna-kiesenhofer-road-race-11627229016?st=ghtmcz8wfan3dnw&reflink=desktopwebshare_permalink
