College Applications down 17% during covid-19 year

The National College Attainment Network (NCAN) found that after 2 months into the current cycle of college financial aid applications, the number of high school seniors submitting FAFSA materials is down 17% from last year. A major reason is the Covid-related absence of traditional prodding schemes to encourage students to get their forms completed. Professors see the same thing in our college students. Parents, teach your kids to be responsible for themselves and exercise the discipline to do what leads to success; there is a time limit on life lived as a call from mom.
